Seller

Orders and payment

• Price: ₹999 per set of 25 envelopes + 25 tags, including shipping within India.
• Prepaid only. There is no cash on delivery.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Payments are processed under our billing entity, so the checkout page, receipt and bank statement may show that merchant name instead of ShagunRush. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Proof before print

After payment we email a proof of your design within 24 hours. We print only after you approve it. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we print as submitted. You are responsible for checking names and spelling on the proof.

Making and delivery

Each set is made in 2-3 days after proof approval and delivered in 3-6 days by courier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Design previews on the site show sample text; colours on paper can differ slightly from your screen.

Content

You confirm you have the right to use the names and text you submit. We may decline text that is offensive or uses someone else's trademark, with a full refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
