Every ShagunRush set is personalised and made to order for you.

Personalised items

• No change-of-mind returns.
• Wrong, damaged or misprinted: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we reprint free or refund in full, our choice.
• Spelling and design are checked by you on the proof before printing. If you approved the proof (or did not reply within 48 hours), a set printed exactly as the proof is not a misprint.

Non-personalised items

• 7-day return if unused. You pay the return shipping.

Before printing

• If you cancel before you approve the proof and before printing starts, we refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show them.

To raise an issue, contact us with your order id and a photo.
